Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing programs while ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will drive NDC-12 readiness, manage cross-functional constraints with IT, Master Data, Quality, and Regulatory teams, and lead PMO updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 5+ years in a relevant role in pharma or healthcare operations.
• Experience with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL‑supported supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and system serialization.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support; manage third-party ops escalations.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business models, act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics and supply chain to create tailored solutions for customers.
