Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash within the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, and ensure quality and compliance while serving cross-functional teams across the organization.

The role emphasizes NDC-12 readiness, master data, SAP interfaces, serialization, and pricing programs. You will collaborate with IT, master data, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a related role or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized or partner-managed models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data masters, and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support with third parties.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, master data, quality, regulatory, finance, and commercial functions.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide transparent PMO updates to leadership.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by following industry discussions and evolving external expectations.
