Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations and master data systems.
Familiarity with serialized, temperature-sensitive or 3PL supply models is preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data interfaces, and pricing/government programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash collection.
Drive process improvements, support launches, and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.
Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor client solutions.
Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and contracts.
Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and provide updates to PMO.
