You will oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes, coordinate data, systems, and pricing programs, and drive cross-functional improvements with IT, Master Data, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field and 5+ years in a customer operations/supply chain role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, master data, and systems integration.
• Familiarity with regulated pharma enviroments and serialization/special programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches of new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance, marketing) to create tailored customer solutions.
