Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US portfolio for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensure compliant processes, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable supply and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field with 5+ years of experience, familiarity with SAP/ERP, and exposure to regulated pharma environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a relevant field or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chains.
• Regulated pharma environments and serialized, temperature-sensitive or 3PL‑supported models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support; manage third-party operations escalation.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business models, and advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen cross‑functional partnerships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP interfaces, pricing, government programs and master data.
• Align requirements across IT, regulatory, quality, finance, commercial and external partners; manage risks and readiness reporting.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, track dependencies and provide transparent PMO updates.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 and evolving external expectations.
