Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations lead in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Experience in regulated pharma, SAP/ERP, serialization and government pricing programs is required. This role involves working with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Finance, and offers salary and benefits in the US

Qualifications

• Requires multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (5+ years) or BA with equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments, serialization or specialty supply models, and 3PL partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data master data, EDI/API, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including billing, accounts setup, and cash-collection support.
• Serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with Accenture operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new launches or business models.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Cultivate relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate readiness activities across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
