Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes, ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions
• Strong cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities with third-party operations oversight
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, sales, finance and marketing to tailor customer solutions
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide transparent PMO updates
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and external expectations
