Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior Ops professional to oversee daily supply chain processes in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will drive Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensure compliant processes, and coordinate readiness across master data, SAP interfaces, and pricing programs.

You will collaborate with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing to optimize customer engagement while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations and supply chain.
• Exposure to regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty models.
• SAP/ERP knowledge and handling of master data, EDI/API interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, billing, and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new launches or business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and gov programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated plans, manage risks, and report readiness to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain awareness of industry discussions on NDC-12 and Bayer readiness.
