Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for its Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, serialization, and government pricing programs to ensure reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized or partner-managed supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, billing, and cash-collection support; supervise third-party ops at Accenture.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models; act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions; engage account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal functions; manage dependencies and controls.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with PMO updates, documenting risks, decisions, and readiness metrics.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and external expectations.
