Job summary

Bayer is seeking a qualified operations leader in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing activities, work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable service delivery, and drive readiness for NDC-12 implementations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized/specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Monitor industry discussions and ensure readiness approaches reflect external expectations.
