Job summary

Bayer seeks an Operations Lead for Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will assure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction, coordinating with IT, Finance and Commercial teams.

This role demands expertise in SAP, master data, serialization, and government pricing programs, with a focus on end-to-end process excellence and risk management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in Pharma.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, serialization and inventory/partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
