Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, pricing, and government programs while ensuring compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in pharma operations, SAP/ERP proficiency, and ability to partner across IT, QA, Regulatory and commercial teams in

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and supply chain.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years experience, or Bachelor’s with equivalent.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized products.
• Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and data master capabilities.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing and cash-collection support.
• Draft and drive compliant process improvements and support launches.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, pricing and gov't programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and report to PMO.
• Maintain awareness of industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and best practices.
