Job summary

Bayer is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Requires multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in pharma.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years’ relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialization/traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics and escalation paths for PMO/leadership.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by following industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
