Job summary

Bayer is seeking a operations-focused professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate accounts, process orders, billing and cash collection while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will drive process improvements, support new launches and work across IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and commercial teams to optimize customer service and drive reliable supply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash collection.
• Act as escalation point for operational, customer, supply, and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new launches or models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Maintain project risk, readiness metrics, and transparent PMO updates.
