Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

In this role you will coordinate NDC-12 readiness, work with data, systems, and pricing, and partner with IT, Quality, Regulatory, and commercial teams to drive improvements and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Regulated pharma environments with serialization or specialized supply models preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models, and advise on contracts and controls.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and legal; manage dependencies.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, track risks, decisions, readiness; provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness aligned with industry discussions and evolving external expectations.
