Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty or temperature-sensitive supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability, and inventory/partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.
• Skilled in impact assessment, requirements gathering, dependency management, testing coordination, and readiness reporting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels.
• Proactive approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment with interdependencies.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash collection.
• Act as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with Accenture third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models; advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, document risks, and provide updates to PMO/leadership.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and external expectations.
