Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a customer‑focused team member to support branch operations. You will greet members, offer DMV services, and actively cross‑sell AAA products while delivering Legendary Service.

Responsibilities include handling notary and travel materials, processing payments, and assisting with tickets or reservations. A strong background in retail or banking enhances success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Notary license must be obtained within 1 year if not already.
• Proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
• Microsoft Office basics.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as required by branch.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers; determine needs and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals; participate in incentive programs.
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routes, road maps, tour books and other travel materials.
• Issue passport photos; accept payments and balance cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and provide travel information.
