Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a customer‑oriented team member to assist members with sales, notary and travel services. The role involves greeting members, processing DMV tasks, and driving sales across AAA products while maintaining high service standards.

You will prepare travel materials, issue passport photos, handle payments, and assist with hotel and car rental bookings. Strong office skills and local travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office basics.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays as per branch requirements.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Notary Public must be obtained within 1 year for offices offering notary services.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/customers, determine needs and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare TripTik travel routings, maps, tour books, and other travel materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, balance and reconcile cash drawer, provide receipts.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and share travel destination information.
