Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and direct them to the appropriate area. The role may include notary and DMV license transactions, travel-related assistance, and promoting AAA memberships.

Responsibilities include processing payments, handling deposits, and supporting branch operations while mentoring junior staff. The position emphasizes high-quality customer service and adherence to club standards.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks daily.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needs.
• Provide DMV registration or other services where allowed by state regulations.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, and travel-related materials.
• Assist members with hotel and car reservations; promote memberships.
• Process payments, renewals, and upgrades; manage insurance payments.
• Issue passport photos and IDP’s; handle Travel Money transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with deposits; generate daily reports.
• Perform notary services per National Notary Association rules.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on member needs.
• Mentor and train junior employees; assist with scheduling.
