AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our branch network. You will greet members, assist with DMV-related services, and cross-sell AAA products while achieving sales and service goals.

You’ll provide travel-related materials, passport photos, and reservations, with the opportunity to earn incentives. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a Notary Public license must be obtained within 1 year where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
• High school diploma or GED; Notary license within 1 year if required.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and customers, determine needs, and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals and earn incentives for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, provide receipts, and balance cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and provide travel destination information.
• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Notary license must be obtainable if required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office basics.
• Must be available Monday–Friday and Saturdays per branch requirements.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
