Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and handle DMV/notary transactions where available. You will support daily operations, promote AAA memberships, and assist with payments and renewals.

You’ll balance cash, prepare deposits, and help with reports while mentoring junior staff and coordinating timekeeping. Join a team that delivers legendary service.

Qualifications

• High School GED required; 4–6 years in Branch Specialist 2/3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly on a daily basis.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person; determine service needs.
• Provide or direct to appropriate service area; perform notary and DMV transactions where available.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and support branch manager when needed.
• Promote memberships, process payments, and handle upgrades and renewals.
• Balance cash drawer, prepare deposits, and assist with reports.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with scheduling and timekeeping.
