Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive, assertive, and effective manner is required.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Customer Service & Support by e-mail and phone.
• Handle quotations, order entry, and communicating delivery schedules to customers and distributors.
• Interact and coordinate with internal company resources and vendor resources to resolve issues for customers and distributors.
• Display robust analytical skills to assess customer needs and solve problems to enhance performance.
• Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of our products will be required.
