Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination from our Springfield, MO location, with potential placements in Quincy, IL or Sedalia, MO. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and timely communication with internal teams.

You will learn SAP-based data entry, order processing, and cross-functional processes while receiving training and coaching to grow toward greater independence and impact in delivering

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination under guidance.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Escalate issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within SAP and other systems.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and continuous learning.
