Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Connersville, IN is seeking a Customer Service Technician to manage quotations, order entry, and delivery scheduling while coordinating with internal teams.

You will use SAP and customer data systems, provide clear communication by email and phone, and support the Sales team with timely information. A high school diploma and 3+ years in customer service are required; SAP/Salesforce knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product and/or customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to monitor and correct orders and ensure accurate data.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone regarding open orders and technical information.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Product Management, and distributors to ensure clear communication.
