Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Springfield, MO (or Sedalia) for an entry-level role. You will support quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination while learning customer service processes and product knowledge to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, strong communication, and basic experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. Travel is limited; a solid foundation for career growth in customer experience is offered.

• Participate in onboarding and training to build product knowledge.
