Job summary

Floor & Decor in Texas is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead customer service operations, train associates, and manage cashiering and POS processes. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate transactions, and help drive a culture of exceptional shopping experiences.

The role requires one year of supervisory customer service experience, strong initiative, and the ability to manage a high-volume store environment with adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• One year customer service/cashier supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter.
• Demonstrated proficiency in training associates.
• Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills.
• Ability to supervise a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Customer Service Associates to ensure attentive and accurate service.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers; follow cash, check and card procedures.
• Greet customers and maintain high-level customer service.
• Train, develop, supervise, and define workload for associates.
• Monitor associate performance and address issues per policy.
