Job summary

You will train and develop Customer Service Associates, direct daily operations in a high-volume store, and manage scheduling while ensuring policy compliance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success and career growth with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• One year customer service/cashier supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated proficiency in training associates.
• Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in supervising a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Customer Service Associates to ensure attentive and accurate service.
• Process customers at checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers; follow cash, check and charge card procedures.
• Train, develop and supervise associates; monitor retention and performance.
• Ensure scheduling, hiring, payroll and business planning processes are followed.
