Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee cashiering, returns, and basic cash office duties. You will train and develop Customer Service Associates while ensuring exceptional shopper experiences.

The role supports store operations and upholds safety and company procedures. You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, oversee scheduling and performance, and contribute to high-quality customer interactions at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• One year customer service/cashier supervisory experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter.
• Demonstrated proficiency in training associates.
• Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Train, develop and supervise associates and manage workload.
