Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to drive cashiering, returns handling, and daily cash office tasks while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You will train and develop Customer Service Associates and lead the store’s Junior Management Team toward service excellence.

The role emphasizes strong communication, delegation, and adherence to SOPs, with a focus on greeting customers, accurate checkout operations, and maintaining store policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service/cashier supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, complex location.
• Proven training ability and initiative.
• Strong communication, delegation, follow-up and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Train, supervise and develop Customer Service Associates; monitor performance.
