Floor & Decor is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced store environment. You will oversee cashiering, returns, and basic cash office tasks while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role also includes training and developing Customer Service Associates and ensuring adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate has proven supervisory skills, strong communication and the ability to coach a team to achieve high performance and accuracy

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service/cashier supervisory experience and ability to direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location with urgency.
• Proven training skills for associates and strong communication.
• Good delegation, follow-up and analytical capabilities; adaptable to change.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction to Customer Service Associates to ensure attentive service.
• Greet customers and handle cashiering, refunds, and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open/close registers and follow cash acceptance procedures.
• Train, supervise and assign workload; monitor performance and development.
• Maintain scheduling, hiring, payroll, and business planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety procedures.
