Job summary

Floor & Decor in Georgetown, TX seeks a Training & Customer Service focused role to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive outstanding shopping experiences with product expertise.

Responsibilities include leading training, managing the showroom, assisting customers, handling checkout, and maintaining accurate pricing and merchandising. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with stated store hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product information.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Stock, price, tag displays and ensure department organization.
• Communicate SOPs and inventory needs to management and associates.
