The position involves working with CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accurate customer data, and maintaining orderly order status. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in Customer Service or relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Experience with NAV/PeopleSoft or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team; handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Customer Service Representatives to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Respond to written and email communications.
• Enter customer orders by identifying product, quantity, and delivery date.
• Accurately update customer information and order status.
• Maintain a database of customer requests and product setup.
• Prepare periodic order status reports for customers.
• Interact with CRM and ERP tools to support Sales team.
