Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Order Entry/Customer Service Clerk to prepare and enter sales orders, triage requests, and resolve order issues with customers. You will work with SAGE500 and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of standard and large contract orders.

The role involves documentation, follow-ups, and general clerical tasks in a collaborative team environment. Successful candidates will have strong data-entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Knowledge of records management procedures; SAGE500/CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of program activities guidelines and processes.
• Ability to operate various work-processing software, spreadsheets, and database programs.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Keeps track of received orders to be processed
• Contacts Account manager of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
• Data entry on the SAGE500 Sales/Quote Entry System; enters numeric data and codes as shown on screen
• Confirms accuracy of data such as totals, quantities, part numbers, addresses, terms, and ship accounts
• Compares data entered with source documents to detect errors
• Reviews and corrects information before confirming to Customer
• Processes various orders from different Customer accounts
• Maintains records management system SAGE500/CRM
• Performs general clerical duties such as typing and answering phones
• Assists GCX Customer Service Representatives with difficult cases
