Qualifications

• High school diploma or 2+ years in Customer Service or related experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Experience with NAV/PeopleSoft or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with detail orientation.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Customer Service Representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to written and email communications from customers.
• Enter customer orders identifying product, quantity, and delivery date.
• Update and maintain customer information and order status accurately.
• Maintain a database of special requests and product setup.
• Prepare periodic order status reports for customers.
• Interact with CRM and ERP tools to support the Sales team.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
