Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years clerical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders including printing invoices and entering orders into JD Edwards.
• Verify credit card transactions and process refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WooCommerce order notes; address complaints.
• Operate office machines and maintain standard clerical tasks.
