Job summary

The Class Produce Group is seeking a Customer Care Associate to support companywide Sales efforts by initiating or receiving and processing customer orders and driving Sales through customer contact.

You will work with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and assist with tasks as needed. This role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• College education is preferred but not required.
• Produce experience is preferred.
• Must display basic arithmetic skills and have 2 years Data Entry Experience.
• Administrative experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer, every call.
• Keying orders into the system and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Interface with warehouse, operations, and sales personnel to ensure availability.
• Assist sales staff and cover for sales staff when they are out of the office or on sales calls.
• Run and update inventory and pricing reports.
