Job summary

Seedway, LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth order processing from start to finish. The role focuses on handling orders, coordinating with warehousing and logistics, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of clerical experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and order systems like JD Edwards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years clerical experience preferred for professional communication and typing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders including printing invoice, verifying credit card transactions, enter order into JD Edwards and marking order as shipped.
• Process credit card refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on order preparation, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Handle order issues including delays, returns, exchanges, refunds and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, salespersons and others to answer questions and address complaints via phone, email, and WooCommerce notes.
• Operate office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and PCs.
