Job summary

Grandstand Glassware & Apparel seeks a Sales Support Admin to back the sales floor with order placement, tracking, and customer service. The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing and excellent service.

The ideal candidate will manage orders, maintain CRM/ERP records, and support Account Managers or other sales staff while contributing to customer retention and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP software.
• One year of sales experience or customer service equivalent.
• Knowledge of craft beverage industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; Mac knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and place orders; track orders through delivery.
• Interact with external customers and internal departments.
• Provide support for sales roles as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with customer insights.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, including refunds when needed.
