Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at point of sale and customer service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute point of sale and customer service standards per guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; uphold Kohl's brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through timely merch disposition and process adherence.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes (registers, balancing, voids, change orders).
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture; model good judgment and direction to associates.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and manage multiple tasks within timeframes.
