Job summary

Kohl's seeks a customer-focused supervisor to lead point-of-sale and customer service teams in a fast-paced store in New Jersey. You will coach, develop and supervise associates, ensuring efficient service, accurate transactions and adherence to brand standards.

You will drive training, support merchandising expectations and maintain cash controls, contributing to strong store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute point of sale and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; adhere to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through timely merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register and cash balancing, change orders, and voided transactions.
