This role also focuses on coaching and developing Customer Service Associates to maintain high standards. Responsibilities include directing staff, opening and closing registers, maintaining POS accuracy, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• One year customer service/cashier supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a high-volume location.
