Floor & Decor is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to manage cashiering workflows, returns, and basic cash office duties. You will train and develop Customer Service Associates and lead a junior management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory customer service experience, strong communication and delegation skills, and the ability to supervise a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service/cashier supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, delegation and analytical skills.
• Experience training associates and guiding a team.

Responsibilities
