Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to support store operations and lead Associates in delivering excellent customer service. You will work side-by-side with peer supervisors and store leaders to boost sales, keep the store safe, organized and fully stocked.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ with reliable transportation, and flexible availability across shifts including weekends. Supervisory experience in retail or food service is a plus.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Support and collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals in sales, expenses, retention and training.
Lead, motivate, and train Associates to drive sales and performance during shift.
Ensure consistent execution of customer service programs, policies and store technology.
