Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Lead and train associates to drive sales and performance.
• Support leadership to achieve store goals in sales and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and operating procedures.
• Manage cash processes, inventory, and store safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory and regular cycle counts.
