Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes team leadership, strong communication, and meticulous organization to ensure store operations run smoothly and customers receive outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and connected supervisors at the front end and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering, credit and close-out procedures.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy across the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and pricing for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Coordinate with management on SKU needs, price changes and returns.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in tracking systems.
