Job summary

Wawa in Pace, FL is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work alongside peer supervisors and store leaders to boost sales, maintain safety, and keep the store organized and stocked.

You will coach Associates, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure adherence to company policies and store technology. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and teamwork while supporting daily store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail or food service is a plus.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support and collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals in sales, expenses, retention and training.
• Lead, motivate, and train Associates to drive sales and performance during shift.
• Ensure consistent execution of customer service programs, policies and store technology components.
• Manage cash processes, inventory, vendor check-ins, and store safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory via regular cycle counts and smart ordering.
