Distribution International in New Jersey is seeking a customer service specialist to act as the main contact for branch customers, providing order support and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to streamline orders and service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to process dealer orders using company systems.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
