Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting products.
• Retrieve and bring product samples to showroom customers.
• Maintain customer contact information and transaction records.
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and generate sales orders.
• Create shipping orders and packing lists.
• Answer inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls.
• Maintain and create marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Representative.
• Stay informed about products and services.
