Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills including typing and 10-key
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing
• Identify and correct documentation errors
• Assist customers with inquiries including tracing shipments, rate quotes and billing questions
• Perform general clerical duties: answering calls, filing, data entry and billing
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documents for resolution
