Job summary

XPO in Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support billing, inquiries and shipment tracing. You will interact with customers, respond to questions and help ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, solid computer and 10-key skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You must be able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.
